About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Buying & Admin Clerk to support our retail operations. The role combines purchasing responsibilities with general administrative tasks, ensuring smooth supplier interactions and accurate inventory management.
Key responsibilities
- Manage purchasing activities and negotiate with suppliers.
- Monitor stock levels and oversee inventory turnover.
- Assist with promotions and coordinate marketing initiatives.
- Process purchase orders and maintain accurate pricing records.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Handle general administrative duties, including cash‑ups, stationery ordering, and reporting.
- Provide excellent internal customer service and maintain accurate documentation.
Required profile
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on internal customer satisfaction.
