About the role
The IT consulting company is looking for a professional Receptionist to manage the front‑desk of its Randburg office. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet visitors, maintain a tidy and professional reception area.
- Receive, log and distribute incoming deliveries and mail promptly.
- Schedule appointments, book meeting rooms and arrange refreshments.
- Set up meeting equipment and ensure rooms are ready for use.
- Answer, screen and route incoming calls, taking accurate messages.
- Perform general admin tasks such as scanning, printing and filing.
- Order and manage office supplies and stationery.
- Assist with quoting, invoicing and ad‑hoc departmental support.
Required profile
- Matric qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years front‑desk experience in a corporate environment.
- Professional appearance with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
