Brewing Process Operator – Production & Quality

About the role

Join a global brewing leader as a Brewing Process Operator, responsible for running the brewhouse, fermentation, and filtration lines while ensuring product quality and plant performance. You will work closely with the Brewing Technician Artisan and support continuous improvement across the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the brewhouse, beverage fermentation, and filtration/FAB plants according to standard procedures.
• Execute quality control checks and analytical tests throughout the brewing process.
• Coach and support fellow operators, sharing best practices and technical knowledge.
• Assist in asset care activities and routine maintenance tasks.
• Identify and resolve process inefficiencies to optimise plant performance.

Required profile

• National Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering, Biological Sciences or related field.
• General Certificate or Diploma in Brewing (advantageous).
• 1‑3 years of experience in a brewing or food‑FMCG manufacturing environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 kg and work in a plant setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using SAP for production and inventory management.
