Beauty Advisor – Clinique (40 hrs/week)

About the role

The Beauty Advisor for Clinique at Foschini Sandton will deliver exceptional customer service, drive store turnover and manage stock in a fast‑paced retail environment. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers find the right products while meeting sales targets and maintaining visual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve store turnover, acquire new accounts and meet reward targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and product advice.
• Manage stock, conduct daily stock counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Execute visual merchandising standards to showcase the Clinique range.
• Carry out administrative tasks related to sales and inventory.

Required profile

• Beauty‑related qualification desirable.
• 2‑3 years retail experience, with 1‑2 years specifically in cosmetics.
• Strong selling skills and a genuine interest in the beauty sector.
• Excellent communication and persuasion abilities at all levels.
• Initiative, resourcefulness and the ability to implement effective solutions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good verbal and written communication, strong organisational and planning skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently and maintain high attention to detail.
