Inside Sales Representative – German Speaking

About the role

TLC Worldwide is looking for a German‑speaking Inside Sales Representative to drive partner acquisition across Germany. You will own the full journey of bringing high‑quality partners into our rewards network and benefit from a competitive commission structure.

Key responsibilities

• Drive high‑volume outbound activity with a strong focus on cold calling and partner acquisition for independent businesses across Germany.
• Research and identify new venue partners, building a consistent and proactive prospecting pipeline.
• Engage decision‑makers, pitch TLC’s offering and close new partnerships.
• Reconnect with previously engaged or inactive venues to unlock new opportunities.
• Deliver compelling, consultative sales conversations that bring our products to life.
• Manage daily KPIs, call targets and conversion goals.
• Keep CRM systems accurate and up‑to‑date to track performance and pipeline health.
• Collaborate with the team, sharing insights and contributing energy to a target‑driven sales environment.
• Support partner onboarding, product queries and reporting requirements as needed.

Required profile

• Experience in telesales, cold calling or lead generation.
• Comfortable operating in a KPI‑driven, high‑volume call environment.
• Resilient, self‑motivated “hunter” mindset with a passion for winning new business.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence quickly over the phone.
• Positive, energetic attitude thriving in a fast‑moving, performance‑led setting.
• Native or bilingual German speaker.
