About the role
We are looking for an organized Administrative Clerk to join our Johannesburg office. The role supports daily office operations, handles correspondence, and assists the Credit Control team with routine tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Manage internal and external mailboxes, ensuring timely distribution of email queries.
- Prepare documents for scanning and member-level processing.
- Assist Credit Controllers with hand‑over files and update reconciliation/query spreadsheets.
- Support special projects and occasional reception duties as required.
- Handle external correspondence and coordinate the distribution of returns.
Required profile
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
- At least 1 year of administrative experience.
- Strong attendance record and reliability.
- Attention to detail, methodical approach, and good planning and organizing abilities.
- Figure‑oriented mindset with effective verbal and written communication skills.
