Site HR Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Site HR Operations Coordinator supports DHL Supply Chain’s vision of being a great place to work. This role is the first point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring HR services are delivered efficiently and accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and maintain work‑time data including attendance, absence, holidays, overtime, night hours and bonuses.
• Onboard new employees by guiding them through HR processes and documentation.
• Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries, providing professional and timely responses.
• Prepare hiring documentation and contract data, and transmit relevant documents to managers.
• Verify employee entitlement to requested information and ensure data accuracy.
• Create tickets and enter data into the case management system, documenting all inquiries.
• Escalate or redirect complex issues to appropriate stakeholders.
• Support managers and employees with self‑service HR transactions and clear communication.
• Collaborate with Business HR, Centres of Excellence, and external providers such as payroll and health‑safety services.
• Execute HR internal controls and provide advice on HR policies and processes.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate data.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners.
• Proactive problem‑solving and escalation management.

Required skills

• Familiarity with case management systems for ticket handling.
