Zoho Automation Specialist

About the role

Huzzle connects professionals with global companies in the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia, including startups, digital agencies and tech platforms. It is recruiting a full-time independent contractor Zoho Automation Specialist to turn complex manual processes into streamlined, automated workflows. The role sits within a team where technical expertise directly affects scalability and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement custom end-to-end automation solutions across the Zoho One suite, primarily Zoho CRM
• Write complex Deluge scripts to connect Zoho applications and manipulate data
• Create and maintain workflows, blueprints and custom functions for lead routing, sales processes and reporting
• Architect and manage API integrations between Zoho and third-party applications
• Troubleshoot bottlenecks and optimise existing configurations
• Work with stakeholders to turn business requirements into technical specifications

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience as a Zoho Developer or Automation Specialist
• Mastery of Zoho One, especially Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk and Zoho Creator
• Proven track record of building automated workflows that solve real business problems
• Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Zoho Certified Creator or Specialist certification
• Experience in a high-growth startup or SaaS environment

Required skills

• Deluge scripting and Zoho API structures
• Zoho Analytics for data visualisation
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS or JavaScript
