About the role
Ford Motor Company of Southern Africa offers a 1‑year Young Professional Program in Manufacturing for recent graduates. The programme provides hands‑on experience across various manufacturing disciplines, helping participants develop practical skills and industry knowledge.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in a structured 12‑month training programme covering core manufacturing functions.

Required profile
- Degree completed with at least 65 % overall.
- Age between 18 and 35 years.
