About the role
BMW Group South Africa offers a 12-month fixed-term YES4Youth (Y4Y) work experience programme for 2027. Participants gain hands-on workplace experience at BMW's National Sales Company and Financial Services in Midrand, Plant Rosslyn in Pretoria, or the BMW IT Hub in Menlyn. The programme covers a wide range of fields of study including finance and accounting, business management, engineering, automotive and electrical trades, supply chain, IT and computer science, data science, HR, marketing and communications, UX/UI and product design, risk, insurance and law, and occupational health and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Gain hands-on workplace experience in your field of study
- Develop professional skills in a corporate and manufacturing environment
Required profile
- Aged 18 to 34
- Completed a relevant degree, National Diploma, Diploma or Certificate in an advertised field
- Currently unemployed
- Has not previously taken part in a YES4Youth programme
