About the role
Chavda International, an established power tool retailer and exporter based in Kelvin, Sandton, is looking for an experienced Xero bookkeeper to join its team. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 17:30, with overtime and some Saturdays when needed.
Key responsibilities
- Cashbook and bank reconciliations
- Managing creditors and debtors
- VAT and trial balance
Required profile
- Proven experience on Xero; Xero certification is an advantage
- Strong Microsoft Excel
- Fast, accurate typing (a typing test and Xero test will be done at interview)
- Shopify, eCommerce or InFlow Inventory experience is an advantage
- Available immediately or within 2 weeks; applicants with a 30-day notice period cannot be considered
