About the role
Our client, a leading manufacturer of industrial equipment, is looking for a Workshop Technician to perform servicing, repairs and maintenance on a range of industrial machines. The role involves both workshop-based tasks and on‑site visits to customer locations.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults on industrial equipment.
- Carry out routine maintenance and preventive servicing in the workshop.
- Travel to customer sites to perform on‑site repairs and installations.
- Maintain accurate service records and complete required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards.
Required profile
- Matric technical qualification (beneficial).
- Workshop and field service experience (advantageous).
- Valid driver’s licence (preferred).
