About the role
Senwes Equipment is looking for a skilled Workshop Manager to lead its workshop operations in Hoopstad. You will be responsible for delivering efficient service, maintaining high quality standards, and ensuring a safe working environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily workshop operations and team performance.
- Ensure efficient workshop performance and high service quality.
- Maintain compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Guide and develop the workshop team to deliver reliable service.
Required profile
- National Senior Certificate.
- Completed Tractor Technician certification.
- At least 3 years of relevant John Deere experience.
- Managerial experience preferred.
Required skills
- Tractor Technician certification.
- Knowledge of John Deere equipment.
