Wildlife Funds Manager – Rhino Recovery & Veterinary Program

About the role

The Wildlife Conservation Network is seeking a highly organized individual to manage grant administration, financial services, and program coordination for its Rhino Recovery Fund and Wildlife Veterinary Program. This role supports the full grants lifecycle, from contract drafting to payment processing, and ensures smooth collaboration between fund teams and the finance department.

Key responsibilities

• Administer all stages of grant contracts, including drafting agreements, compliance documentation, amendments, and payments.
• Maintain and update Wildlife Fund databases with current, upcoming, and historical grant information.
• Track and report key metrics for the Rhino Recovery Fund and Veterinary Program through proactive data capture and analysis.
• Coordinate between Wildlife Funds and the WCN Finance Department to ensure compliance and efficient workflows.
• Provide up‑to‑date data to leadership for metrics tracking, financial planning, and project planning.
• Support program administration, including communication with grantees, meeting coordination, minute‑taking, and reporting processes.
