White Collar Recruitment Consultant – Remote (Cape Town)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated White Collar Recruitment Consultant to join our remote team based in Cape Town. You will focus on recruiting lawyers for high‑value placements, working primarily on UK business hours while supporting partial USA coverage.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and place senior legal professionals in client organisations.
• Conduct up to 3.75 hours of phone outreach daily and perform research and outreach activities.
• Manage a pipeline of deals ranging from $25,000 to $100,000.
• Achieve monthly targets while working 47.5 hours per week.
• Participate in daily training sessions and internal meetings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in white‑collar recruitment, preferably within the legal sector.
• High level of drive and ability to work long hours covering UK and partial US time zones.
• Self‑motivated, comfortable working from home.

• Base salary of ZAR 35,000‑40,000 per month.
