Workforce Transformation Functional Consultant

About the role

We are partnering with FrontlineXP, a UK consulting firm, to build a Cape Town capability delivering world‑class workforce management solutions. As a Workforce Transformation Functional Consultant you will work end‑to‑end with clients to design, configure and implement technology that improves frontline performance and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients, manage stakeholders and build strong relationships.
• Gather requirements, define scope and design end‑to‑end workforce management solutions.
• Configure WFM systems, conduct testing, provide user support and deliver iterative improvements.
• Facilitate training, support change management and provide post‑implementation support.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure successful delivery of consulting projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering and implementing WFM solutions.
• Strong understanding of frontline worker processes and industry best practices.
• BCom in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Industrial Psychology, Human Resource Management or related field.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective system designs.

Required skills

• Hands‑on configuration expertise with WFM platforms (e.g., UKG/Kronos).
• Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Change‑management knowledge or certifications (e.g., Prosci).
