White Collar Recruitment Consultant – Remote (Cape Town)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated White Collar Recruitment Consultant to join our remote team. You will focus on placing lawyers in high‑value roles, working from home while aligning with UK business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage and place senior lawyers for contracts ranging from $25k to $100k.
• Conduct 3.75 hours of phone outreach daily and 5 hours of research & outreach.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and meet weekly targets within a 47.5‑hour work week.
• Participate in daily training sessions and team meetings.
• Collaborate with senior billers handling $500k‑$1m portfolios.

Required profile

• High level of drive and self‑motivation.
• Proven experience in white‑collar recruitment, preferably within the legal sector.
• Willingness to work long hours covering partial USA and UK time zones.
• Ability to thrive in a remote, results‑focused environment.
