White Collar Recruitment Consultant – Remote (Cape Town)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated White Collar Recruitment Consultant to join our remote team. You will focus on placing lawyers in high‑value deals while working from home in Cape Town and covering UK business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach and research for 5 hours daily to build a pipeline of legal candidates.
• Spend approximately 3.75 hours per day on phone conversations with candidates and clients.
• Participate in daily training sessions and internal meetings (about 1 hour per day).
• Manage placements ranging from $25,000 to $100,000 and achieve monthly billing targets.
• Collaborate with senior billers handling $500k‑$1m portfolios.

Required profile

• Proven experience in white‑collar recruitment, preferably within the legal sector.
• High level of drive and ability to work long hours, including partial USA coverage.
• Willingness to work 47.5 hours per week following UK hours (10 am‑8:15 pm UK time).
