Web Developer & SEO Specialist for Law Firm

About the role

We are looking for a creative, results‑driven Web Developer & SEO Specialist to own the digital presence of a leading law firm. You will transform approved design mockups into a fast, responsive website and continuously improve its search performance to generate new client cases.

Key responsibilities

• Build and launch a fully responsive website from design mockups, managing the project end‑to‑end.
• Create and maintain practice‑area pages, location landing pages, and blog templates within the CMS.
• Optimize UX, page speed, accessibility, security, and Core Web Vitals.
• Own site architecture, internal linking, crawlability, XML sitemaps, redirects, and structured data implementation.
• Conduct high‑intent keyword research focused on case‑driving terms and local locations.
• Collaborate with marketing to structure and optimize on‑page content while adhering to E‑E‑A‑T and YMYL standards.
• Manage Google Business Profile, local citations, and location pages for local map‑pack visibility.
• Support link‑building and digital‑PR initiatives to increase domain authority.
• Run CRO experiments on intake forms, click‑to‑call paths, and live chat.
• Monitor GA4, Google Search Console, lead/call tracking, and rank tracking to shape growth roadmaps.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience at the intersection of web development and SEO, preferably in an agency or in‑house setting.
• Proven track record designing and building fast, conversion‑focused sites on Webflow or WordPress.
• Strong knowledge of technical, on‑page, and local SEO strategies with measurable results.
• Highly organized, able to manage full web launches independently under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in the legal sector or other competitive local‑service markets is a plus.
