About the role

The Warranty Parts & Finance Controller will oversee warranty administration, parts control, and financial reconciliation for an automotive dealership. The role ensures compliance with manufacturer guidelines and supports accurate month‑end financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and process warranty claims in line with manufacturer standards.
• Verify warranty submissions and supporting documentation.
• Monitor, reconcile and report on warranty accounts and transactions.
• Manage warranty parts retention, storage and disposal according to manufacturer requirements.
• Investigate and resolve claim discrepancies and rejections.
• Prepare warranty reports and financial reconciliations for month‑end close.
• Liaise with service, parts and finance departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Conduct regular warranty audits and maintain compliance records.

Required profile

• National Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Warranty Administration Certificate.
• Previous dealership experience in the automotive industry.
• Proven experience in warranty administration and control.
• Familiarity with dealership management systems.
