About the role

The Salaried Financial Advisor will provide advice on a specific range of financial products to an allocated market segment. You will be individually accountable for achieving sales and service results through proactive customer engagement and relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality customer service, processing cases, handling complex queries and resolving issues.
• Analyze customer problems to propose technical or professional solutions.
• Receive visitors, respond to information requests and refer complex matters to specialists.
• Record follow‑up actions and customer interactions in the CRM system to support retention and business development.
• Clarify customer needs, tailor presentations for decision‑makers and gather information to assess interest.
• Develop and execute relationship‑management plans for prospective accounts, building networks with key influencers.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory codes and obtain supervisory approvals for any procedural exceptions.
• Monitor sales and market data for a defined geographic region to identify development opportunities.
• Represent the organisation at sector events, gather market intelligence and enhance brand visibility.
• Conduct research and select relevant data to support analysis and decision‑making.
