Warehouse Stock Assistant

About the role

Econofoods is looking for a dynamic Warehouse Stock Assistant to support accurate stock management in its fast‑growing FMCG retail environment. You will ensure products are correctly stored, labelled, and recorded, contributing to high inventory accuracy and efficient warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously verify product accuracy within picking bins and ensure correct quantities are placed in appropriate locations.
• Create and maintain clear, legible bin labels; ensure barcodes are visible and scannable.
• Update the Bin Master Sheet daily and submit it to the Stock Controller for system updates.
• Identify and report any non‑compliance related to stock placement or unlabeled pallets.
• Collaborate with the Bulk Controller and Stock Clerk to investigate discrepancies and camera queries.
• Complete and submit daily bin accuracy reports.
• Adhere to all warehouse safety standards, keeping work areas organized and compliant.
• Conduct daily stock counts and verification activities.
