Warehouse Controller – Stellenbosch, Cape Town

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous Warehouse Controller to oversee daily warehouse operations in Stellenbosch. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, efficient environment while ensuring inventory accuracy and smooth receipt of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain warehouse organization, housekeeping standards, and health‑and‑safety compliance.
• Perform daily stock checks and cycle counts to achieve 98%+ inventory accuracy.
• Inspect incoming deliveries against purchase orders, verify quantity, quality and damage.
• Monitor stock thresholds, raise replenishment requests and track outstanding orders.
• Ensure all stock movements are recorded with proper paperwork and system updates.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) required; qualification in warehousing, logistics or supply‑chain management is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
• Strong numerical ability, attention to detail and high integrity.

Required skills

• Proficiency with inventory management systems.
• Solid computer literacy.
