About the role
We are seeking a Warehouse Controller to oversee staff and processes within the Forman Warehouse area in Gauteng. The role ensures compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and maintains accurate stock control.
Key responsibilities
- Control staff work and processes, ensuring adherence to SOPs.
- Verify stock condition, quantity and documentation during checks.
- Manage stock handling, packaging integrity, and secure storage.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate unresolved matters to the Operations Manager.
- Assist with stock takes, cycle counts and generate operational reports.
- Maintain equipment availability and coordinate handovers to night shift.
Required profile
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of warehousing experience.
- Experience handling chemical or dangerous goods.
- Degree or diploma in Supply Chain or Warehousing is advantageous.
