About the role
The Waitron will support the dining service at the Nylsvlei Nature Reserve, ensuring tables are set, guests are welcomed, and orders are delivered promptly. The role involves maintaining a clean dining environment, assisting with meal preparation, and processing payments.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and arrange dining tables, ensuring they are clean and properly organized.
- Stock the service station with condiments, menus, and glassware.
- Welcome, greet and seat guests.
- Accurately take and relay food and drink orders.
- Deliver orders promptly and check on guest satisfaction.
- Process payments and clear tables.
- Clean the dining area, restock supplies, and assist with meal preparations.
