About the role
We are seeking a qualified and highly skilled VW Technician to join a corporate dealership within a large motor group. The role is based in Pretoria and involves servicing and repairing Volkswagen vehicles in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and scheduled services on VW vehicles.
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues and electrical faults.
- Utilise OEM‑approved diagnostic tools such as ODIS, VAS and ElsaPro.
- Communicate technical information clearly to clients and the service team.
- Maintain high productivity standards under pressure.
Required profile
- Completed Trade Test – Red Seal Motor Mechanic Trade Certificate.
- Matric qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years recent experience working on VW vehicles.
- Experience in a corporate motor dealership setting.
- Valid South African driver’s licence and clear criminal record.

- VAS diagnostic system.
- ElsaPro diagnostic system.
