Control & Instrumentation (C&I) Engineer

About the role

The Control & Instrumentation (C&I) Engineer will support the delivery of EPCM projects for green and brown‑field plants, providing technical and engineering expertise for all control systems in line with project specifications and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical support for control and instrumentation solutions across the project lifecycle.
• Assist in construction, commissioning and operational readiness activities.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and project specifications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide on‑site support in Bryanston and during travel to Zimbabwe.
• Maintain and troubleshoot PLC, SCADA and DCS platforms.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Control or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Professional registration with ECSA or equivalent (advantageous).
• 10‑12 years of experience in control and instrumentation engineering within EPCM environments.
• Proven experience in construction, commissioning and operational readiness.
• Exposure to platinum, base‑metal or process plant projects is a plus.
• Valid passport for regular travel to Zimbabwe.
