Vending Assistant

About the role
We are looking for a Vending Assistant to manage payments, issue receipts and keep accurate records of cash and credit transactions for our vending machines. The role is based within Feedem’s extensive catering network and supports the smooth operation of vending services across multiple sites.
Key responsibilities
- Receive cash and credit payments from vending machine users.
- Issue receipts and maintain transaction logs.
- Track and reconcile all cash and credit transactions daily.
- Monitor vending machine performance and report any issues.
- Ensure vending machines are stocked and operational.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a customer‑service role.
- Good knowledge of cash registers and vending machine operations.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle cash accurately.
