Transport Logistics Clerk

About the role

The Transport Logistics Clerk is responsible for monitoring vehicle movements and managing pallet flows across all depots. Using the SatTrack system, you will ensure accurate tracking and reporting of transport activities. This role supports the logistics team by maintaining up‑to‑date records and statistics.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the SatTrack system to monitor vehicle movements in real time, ensuring each vehicle’s location and status are accurately captured.
• Update and control pallet movements throughout the network, coordinating inbound and outbound flows to maintain optimal depot operations.
• Maintain comprehensive records and compile transport statistics for each depot, providing data that supports operational decision‑making.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting of logistics information, delivering regular updates to relevant stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities to manage multiple logistics records simultaneously.
• Ability to work with logistics data and maintain accurate records, supporting the overall efficiency of transport operations.
• Experience in a logistics or transport environment is advantageous, demonstrating familiarity with depot processes.
