About the role
Hydropower Systems is seeking a qualified Training Specialist to lead learning initiatives for both internal staff and mine employees. The role combines office‑based program planning with hands‑on on‑site training, ensuring that all learning activities align with quality, compliance and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, schedule and manage internal training programmes for HPS employees.
- Develop individual employee development plans.
- Deliver and oversee on‑site training for mine personnel on HPS equipment and systems.
- Guarantee that all training meets required quality, compliance and safety criteria.
- Create learning materials for new projects, including learner guides, tests, pre‑use checklists and assessments.
Required profile
- SETA‑accredited Assessor, Moderator and Facilitator.
- Proven experience managing training activities both internally and externally.
