Training Officer: Core Systems - Confirmations Clerk

About the role

Mediclinic Southern Africa Corporate Office in Stellenbosch is recruiting one Training Officer for its Core Systems project, which involves replacing core systems. This is a fixed-term contract position based at the corporate office; candidates not based in the Western Cape must relocate at their own cost. The role provides implementation support on systems and processes, ensures effective knowledge transfer and user competence, develops and assesses learning materials and facilitates learning interventions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse learning and development needs
• Design and implement learning support material
• Facilitate and assess learning processes
• Provide system and process support

Required profile

• Grade 12
• 1 to 2 years' work experience in a business processes environment within a hospital or healthcare setting, specifically in Confirmations
• Desired: certificate in instructional design or training, patient administration experience, and background in developing training material and facilitating

Required skills

• Knowledge of relevant business process policies and procedures
• Computer systems and software packages such as Microsoft Office
• Formatting and styling of learning support material
