Training and Development Specialist – Full‑time (On‑site)

About the role

Financial Wealth Holdings (FWH) is seeking a Training and Development Specialist to own and expand its learning function. Based on‑site in Bellville (Tygervalley), Cape Town, you will design, deliver and continuously improve training programmes that support sales, customer service, collections, legal and specialist teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, write and maintain a comprehensive training content library, including learner guides, facilitator guides, assessments and e‑learning material.
• Conduct training needs analyses across all business units and translate findings into curricula.
• Facilitate face‑to‑face training sessions and workshops for diverse functional teams.
• Select, implement and manage the Learning Management System (LMS), handling configuration, administration and reporting.
• Measure training impact against operational KPIs and report on effectiveness.
• Drive Skills Development Provider (SDP) accreditation, manage WSP/ATR submissions and coordinate grant applications with multiple SETAs.
• Build learnership and internship pipelines with accredited partners.
• Support recruitment by designing role‑specific skills assessments and own the end‑to‑end onboarding experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably within a contact‑centre environment.
• Proven ability to design, deliver and evaluate training programmes.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with managers and subject‑matter experts.
