About the role

We are looking for experienced tracers to support debt collection efforts for clients, helping resolve debts fairly while offering flexible working hours.

Key responsibilities

Assist clients in resolving their debt fairly.
Provide comprehensive training to new tracers.
Set your own work hours.
Own transport is advantageous for field work.

Required profile

Driven, determined and disciplined.
Optimistic and energized by interacting with people.
Ability to work independently.
Strong verbal and negotiation skills.
Assertive yet tactful.
Computer literate and comfortable using tablets and smartphone apps.

Proficiency with tablets and smartphone applications.

What we offer

Commission‑based income that can exceed R20 000 per month.
Group life benefit paying out 2× annual commission earnings, limited to R86 000.
