Tender Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Tender Administrator to join our logistics team in Pretoria North. The role involves managing the end‑to‑end tender process, ensuring accurate and timely submissions through various online portals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full tender administration cycle from opportunity identification to final submission.
• Prepare, compile and submit tender documentation in compliance with client requirements.
• Operate tender portals and ensure correct online submissions.
• Monitor tender deadlines, closing dates and submission criteria.
• Maintain document control, organized tender records and compliance standards.
• Liaise with internal departments to gather required information and documentation.
• Update CRM systems and tender databases with current data.
• Track tender outcomes, follow‑ups and provide administrative support to sales teams.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on Tender Administration experience.
• Proven experience working with tender portals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and strict deadlines simultaneously.
