Temporary Primary School Teacher (General)

About the role

SPARK Schools is seeking a temporary primary school teacher to join its Bramley campus. The role involves delivering high‑impact lessons both in‑person and through distance learning, supporting scholars in core subjects and enrichment activities while upholding SPARK’s blended learning philosophy.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver academic lessons in‑person and via distance learning, covering core subjects and enrichment activities.
• Implement SPARK’s blended learning model, using project‑based and differentiated instruction to meet individual scholar needs.
• Monitor scholar progress through formative and termly assessments, analyse data and develop Individualised Behaviour and Learning Plans.
• Lead grade‑wide or subject‑wide initiatives such as moderation, data tracking and professional development sessions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create resources, co‑plan lessons and contribute to place‑based education activities.
