About the role

SPARK Schools is seeking a temporary primary school teacher specialized in Art to join its Bramley campus. The role involves delivering high‑impact lessons both in‑person and through distance learning, supporting the school’s blended learning model and fostering student achievement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver academic, club and enrichment lessons aligned with the curriculum and SPARK pedagogical standards.
• Teach core subjects and Art to primary scholars, incorporating project‑based and place‑based learning.
• Personalise instruction using data‑driven decisions and technology‑enhanced differentiation.
• Lead grade‑wide or subject‑wide initiatives such as moderation and data tracking.
• Design and implement Individualised Behaviour and Learning Plans (IBLPs).
• Co‑lead professional development sessions and instructional coaching.
• Review lesson plans, create resources and monitor implementation.
• Administer formative and termly assessments, analyse scholar data and apply interventions.
