About the role
The role involves promoting insurance products over the phone and meeting monthly sales targets within a busy call‑centre environment in Johannesburg.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve quality sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Generate referrals and nurture leads.
- Complete accurate insurance applications.
- Resolve send‑backs and ensure documentation is correct.
Required profile
- Matric qualification (minimum).
- RE‑5 qualification advantageous.
- NQF listed qualification (within DOFA constraints).
- At least 1 year of telesales experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced call‑centre.
