Technical Sales Representative – Flooring Solutions

About the role

We are seeking energetic Technical Sales Representatives to join a leading flooring solutions provider serving the Boksburg area. The role involves promoting technical products to construction clients, generating new business, and building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling and lead generation.
• Present technical flooring solutions to contractors, architects, and developers.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales while meeting monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably within the construction or building materials sector.
• Strong work ethic, self‑discipline and high motivation.
• Excellent business ethics and a commitment to delivering results.
• Own a reliable vehicle for client visits.

Required skills

What we offer

• Basic salary ranging from R20,000 to R25,000 per month.
