Technical Project Manager

About the role

SoftConstruct is looking for a motivated Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver IT projects from start to finish. You will collaborate with development, IT, infrastructure and product teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage technical projects through all phases.
• Define requirements and deliverables with cross‑functional teams.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, resolve issues and report status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate tasks across multiple teams and ensure alignment with technical standards and business goals.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in IT project management or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Management or a related discipline (Master’s or certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, PRINCE2 are a plus).
• Strong understanding of software development processes, IT systems and infrastructure.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Required skills

• Project management tools: Jira, Asana, MS Project, Trello, Confluence.
• API testing tools and protocols (e.g., Postman).
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
