Technical Project Manager – Customer Onboarding & Small Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead customer onboarding initiatives and deliver multiple small-to-medium technology projects within a fast-paced, Microsoft-focused services environment. The role combines strong project-management discipline with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of customer onboarding projects, from initiation through transition to support.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and close multiple concurrent projects, maintaining schedules, RAID logs and status reports.
• Facilitate kick-offs, requirements workshops, planning sessions and regular status meetings with internal technical teams and customer stakeholders.
• Coordinate solution deployment, user migration, security and compliance activities, and ensure smooth handover to Managed Services or Support.
• Enforce PMO standards, maintain governance artefacts (project plans, risk registers, change control documentation) and keep projects audit-ready.
• Track and report project KPIs, manage scope, risks, dependencies and budgets, and handle change requests through established governance.

Required profile

• Highly organised with a strong customer-centric mindset.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while keeping stakeholders aligned.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Experience working in a fast-moving, technology-service environment, preferably with Microsoft solutions.
