Technical Facilities Maintenance Supervisor – Supplier Park

About the role

The Technical Facilities Maintenance Supervisor will lead the Facilities Maintenance Management team at the Automotive Supplier Park, ensuring all technical services are delivered efficiently and in line with budgetary and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee technical facilities support, including HVAC, mechanical, civil, utilities, electrical and plumbing services, monitor budgets and ensure equipment efficiency.
• Manage contractor SLA’s and contracts, approve payments, chair monthly contract review meetings and ensure compliance with maintenance plans.
• Coordinate tenant projects, define scope, evaluate quotations, monitor quality and report on performance.
• Maintain client relationships by participating in monthly meetings, responding to queries and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
• Execute department management tasks such as updating tenant billing, reporting performance to the Facilities Maintenance Manager and adhering to company procedures.
• Lead people management activities including performance planning, coaching, and conducting performance reviews for the technical team.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: N5/T3/S3/Diploma in Built Environment.
• Desirable qualification: N6/S4/T4 plus a management qualification.
• At least 4 years of related experience in facilities maintenance.
• Own transport.
