About the role

We are seeking a reliable Technical Assistant to support our workshop and field operations. You will work alongside experienced technicians, gaining hands‑on experience while helping maintain equipment, safety standards, and overall operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Assist technicians with equipment handling, set‑up, and maintenance tasks.
• Support workshop and field operations, ensuring tools and machinery are ready for use.
• Help maintain workshop cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance.
• Follow verbal and written instructions accurately under supervision.
• Contribute to the smooth running of technical projects and daily activities.

Required profile

• Mechanically minded and hands‑on approach.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work productively under supervision.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
• Professional attitude and team‑player mindset.
• Valid driver’s licence (advantageous).
• Relevant safety certifications (advantageous).
