TeamMate Manager

About the role

The TeamMate Manager will lead the delivery of Wolters Kluwer TeamMate solutions across Southern Africa. Reporting to the Digital Trust competency, you will act as the primary liaison between PwC, Wolters Kluwer and client organisations, ensuring successful pre‑sales, implementation, training and support activities.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospects to understand business initiatives and demonstrate how TeamMate software addresses audit, controls and data‑analytics needs.
• Conduct business analysis sessions, gather requirements and configure the TeamMate platform to align with client processes.
• Identify implementation risks, propose mitigation plans and oversee the deployment lifecycle.
• Deliver end‑user training prior to go‑live and provide ad‑hoc post‑implementation support.
• Collaborate with internal teams, share expertise, and contribute to departmental meetings and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven ability to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into software solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, capable of working independently on intricate issues.
• Professional communication style and alignment with PwC core values.
