Team Leader – Utilities

About the role

Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa is seeking a proactive Team Leader to oversee the operation and maintenance of its utilities systems. Based in Phoenix, the role will guide a team responsible for critical infrastructure such as boilers, compressors, refrigeration and HVAC equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain utilities systems including boilers, compressors, refrigeration and HVAC.
• Develop and execute asset care plans, ensuring preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Lead, coach and manage the performance of the utilities team.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety and environmental regulations.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and troubleshooting of equipment failures.
• Monitor, report and optimise utility usage and efficiency.
• Drive energy and resource conservation initiatives.

Required profile

• Relevant experience leading a utilities or maintenance team.
• Strong knowledge of asset care planning and execution.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards.
• Proven problem‑solving skills for root‑cause analysis.
• Commitment to energy efficiency and sustainability.
