Tax Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Tax Administrator to join our client‑focused tax compliance team. This fully remote position will handle VAT administration, client communication, and compliance support while building strong relationships with our portfolio of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage tax and compliance queries from start to finish, reviewing cases, identifying issues and recommending next steps.
• Maintain accurate records of client advice, actions and communications, and handle all VAT‑related paperwork.
• Respond to VAT queries from internal and external stakeholders, monitor case progress and meet deadlines.
• Communicate clearly with clients about risks, penalties, missing information and outcomes, providing high‑quality customer service.
• Support internal teams with VAT‑related administrative tasks, coordinate documentation requests and assist with process improvements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in tax, finance or compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
