Talent & Resource Manager

About the role

Bluegrass Digital is looking for an experienced, commercially‑minded Talent & Resource Manager to lead and grow its technology talent and staff‑augmentation function. This 360‑degree position blends business development, account management, technology recruitment, resource planning, contractor management and commercial administration. You will be responsible for sourcing, placing and managing technology professionals across a range of client engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach new client opportunities requiring technology contractors, staff‑augmentation teams or permanent talent.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of Talent Solutions opportunities.
• Develop relationships with technology, procurement, HR and business leaders within prospective client organisations.
• Grow existing accounts by uncovering additional resource requirements and upsell opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, rate cards and commercial submissions; participate in client meetings, presentations and negotiations.
• Maintain accurate opportunity, client and activity data within the CRM system.
• Achieve agreed revenue, gross‑profit, placement and new‑client targets.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: understand client needs, source and interview candidates, coordinate client interviews, close placements, onboard resources and maintain ongoing contact.

Required profile

• Proven track record in technology recruitment or staffing, preferably building a recruitment desk.
• Experience developing new client relationships and managing staff‑augmentation accounts.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to contribute directly to business growth.
• Understanding of modern software delivery teams and the ability to recruit across multiple technical disciplines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
