Talent Recruiter – Remote

About the role

Spiralyze is seeking a Talent Recruiter to join its remote team. You will help attract, identify, and hire top talent for a data‑driven A/B testing company serving major brands.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified applicants.
• Conduct interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Create and post job advertisements.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Scout talent on platforms such as Indeed, UpWork, Behance, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor industry trends and recruitment best practices.
• Utilize an applicant tracking system to streamline processes.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about learning about people and their experiences.
• Ability to move candidates quickly through the pipeline.
• Professional presentation of the company to prospective hires.
• Quick learner who can clearly communicate Spiralyze’s services and roles.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing resumes and correspondence.
• Excellent organizational skills to track multiple candidates and roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Required skills

• Familiarity with applicant tracking system (ATS) tools.
• Experience using LinkedIn for talent sourcing.
• Experience using Indeed for talent sourcing.
• Experience using UpWork for talent sourcing.
• Experience using Behance for talent sourcing.
