About the role

We are looking for a proactive, people‑focused Talent Partner to help Sigma attract exceptional talent across leadership and specialist teams. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, shaping attraction strategies and delivering a seamless candidate experience from first contact to offer.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source, attract and engage top talent for a variety of roles.
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and act as a recruitment advisor.
• Create compelling job adverts, attraction campaigns and talent pipelines.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates against business needs.
• Manage multiple vacancies while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
• Use market insight, recruitment data and hiring trends to improve outcomes.
• Champion Sigma’s culture, values and employer brand in every interaction.

Required profile

• 3+ years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience in a high‑volume environment.
• Experience leading or mentoring a recruitment team.
• Strong stakeholder management skills at all organisational levels.
• Excellent organisational abilities and capacity to manage competing priorities.
• Commercial mindset and passion for finding great talent.

Required skills

• Advanced sourcing and headhunting techniques, especially via LinkedIn.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
