Talent Partner / Headhunter – Recruiter Acquisition (UK & Ireland)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Partner/Headhunter to source senior agency recruiters in the UK and Ireland who are ready to launch their own independent desks. The role is fully remote, based in South Africa, and focuses on building a pipeline of high‑billing recruiters willing to transition to an entrepreneurial model.

Key responsibilities

• Map and target high‑billing recruiters across England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland.
• Headhunt passive talent from established agencies and boutique firms.
• Conduct consultative outreach, qualify candidates on billing history, mindset and readiness for independence.
• Manage the full attraction funnel: outreach → engagement → conversion.
• Address objections related to risk, stability and leaving current roles.
• Collaborate on messaging, positioning and market feedback while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Required profile

• Proven track record in headhunting recruiters (agency‑to‑agency moves or similar).
• Strong network within the UK & Ireland recruitment market.
• Deep understanding of recruiter motivations, commission structures and pain points.
• Former recruitment consultant or leader who has “walked the walk.”
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to sell a non‑traditional, self‑employment opportunity.
