Human Resources Officer – Onsite Support

About the role

The Human Resources Officer will deliver comprehensive on‑site HR support to Bidvest International Logistics’ operational sites across Gauteng. Reporting directly to the National HR Manager, the role ensures that all HR functions are coordinated and aligned with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day HR administration for multiple sites.
• Coordinate recruitment and selection processes, from job posting to onboarding.
• Plan and deliver training and development initiatives.
• Oversee performance management and talent management programmes.
• Handle employee relations matters, including representation before the CCMA.

Required profile

• Based in Gauteng, South Africa.
• Reports directly to the National HR Manager.
